Mango to Go

Mango to Go is a freshly frozen, pure mango product with a smooth ice-cream like texture, and rich, luscious taste, made at the farm from Australian mango cheeks.

In 2010, Trio Marketing asked us to help their client Mango To Go with their food safety plans, ahead of a planned launch into IGA stores.

Working with Mango to Go, we helped them to:

· Develop a process flow chart identifying Critical Control Points (CCPs)

· Review the Standard Operating Procedures for processing

  • Review and amend employee induction information and

  • Provide additional advice on mandatory food safety requirements.

As a result of the work we did for Mango to Go, they passed their food safety audit, enabling them to achieve HACCP accreditation.

Mango to Go won the 2011 Food Challenge Award for the best Organic and All Natural product in Sydney on 13 July 2011.
